How do I login?

Some content and functionality is only available for premium users. Make sure you log in to get all benefits of the platform. If you don't have an account but believe you are eligible, please reach out to

Please login using the email that received your invite. If your invite email adress is an Google/gmail- account you can also choose to sign in faster by clicking the Google-button. Once you've added your login details you can click "Sign in":

Why did you build this platform / OS? 

Short answer
Our mission is to serve startups and improve the ecosystem and this is our best way of really making a difference.

Our goal is to empower founders through access to network, training, inspiration and best practices.

Longer answer
For two main reasons listed below:  

  1. ⚙️ Lack of existing solutions 
    We couldn’t find any services out there that were empathic enough towards entrepreneurs and their dynamic needs and challenges. Investor matchmaking platforms or collaboration tools are only catering to a fraction of the needs of founders and young businesses.  First time founders needs to navigate the unknown, serial entrepreneurs needs fast access to and quality assured resource without any bullshit.

  2. 🌐 Flaws in the ecosystem
    We also believe that it’s time to evolve the startup ecosystem beyond physical buildings and improve the exchange between startup people - independent of where they are. One should not have to rely on "bumping into" good people randomly. Current ecosystem is also discriminating founders just because he/she can't come to larger city or coworking space nor knows anyone from these clusters. This is especially true for non-Swedes and minority groups.

What does private beta mean?

StartupPeople.com is currently in version Private Beta.
Beta means that our platform is freshly built and might have some unexpected bugs while we roll it out to you and others. Thanks for having patience and for reporting bugs to hello@sup46.com.
Private means that it’s invite only. We’ll start with our closest members and partners before making it available for a bigger audience.  

What do you mean with "OS"/"operating system"?

Operating System / OS
An operating system can be used as a metafor to explain what we are trying to build.
An operating system is the software (i.e. Windows, MacOS, and Linux) that enables your keyboard strokes translate into words that are displayed on your computer screen.
Additionally, an operating system provides a consistent user interface, a set of standards and guidelines for developers to follow when creating new applications and services. This makes it possible for a variety of different applications to work together in a smooth way, and at the same time, serve a larger user base.

We would love to become the first standardized interface between startup founders and their core needs in the ecosystem to enable healthier and faster growing companies.

What new features and functionalities are you adding? 

There’s a lot of features and functionalities that we are currently working on. 😉
We will share our feature roadmap as soon as it makes sense but we're currently prioritising access to valuable and useful content. 

Can I give feedback and suggest ideas? 

Your ideas and feedback are very important and valuable so we can help you as much as possible on your startup journey. ❤️ We will soon publish a rough roadmap that includes some functionalities that we aim to build. What is included in the membership?

The membership includes access to workshops, ecosystem networking, virtual investor fikas, slack, founders hour, investor databases, discounts/exclusive offers, journalist network and key learnings/best practices, exposure and inspiration. Most of this is already available here. 

What is SUP46 and SUP? Are there any difference?

We refreshed our branding end of 2022 to reflect the new us. 😊
We removed the “46” (country code of Sweden) in SUP46 and instead focus on Startup People (SUP). The original SUP46 brand will still be active in for specific purposes.

Our values, empathy for startups and passion for community building is now fueled with a modern look and inclusive ambition.

How do I check my billing history and my card- / company details?

This only works for SUP’s own members and not partners.  

  1. Make sure you are logged in

  2. Click on the three dots in the top right corner and select "Billing" in the drop down or go directly to https://www.startuppeople.com/stripe

  3. Click the "Open Stripe"-button to go to a secure Stripe-hosted site where you can check your billing history, plan, card- and company details.

  4. You'll find INVOICE HISTORY and all invoices, payment statuses, including PDF-downloads at the bottom of the page.

  5. You'll find BILLING INFORMATION on the same page including Tax ID (VAT nr), name, and contact details. Click Update information if you'd like to update anything:

  6. You'll find PAYMENT METHOD and all your payment details securely stored on file here. You can add a new card by clicking Add payment method or remove old cards by clicking the X-symbol. Your default card will get automatically charged once your membership invoice is due.

How do I change my credit card details?

How do I change my default credit card? 

This only works for SUP’s own members and not partners.  

  1. Follow the same steps as the instructions for "How do I check my billing history and my card- / company details?"

  2. Under PAYMENT METHODS, click the three dots next to the card you want to make your default payment card and choose "Make default".

How do I change our company details?

How do I change my password? 

You can change your password by clicking "Update Password" on the top right dropdown list:



Please select a new password by filling in the two fields below Change Password and clicking "Save":

When and how do you send membership invoices?

Our membership invoices are sent via email on a monthly basis. They are sent on the same calendar day that your membership subscription was started. Each membership fee is due 10 days later. You can review all your invoices via customer portal.

How do I pay my membership invoices with card? 

1: Click the link in the email invoice. It will take you to a Stripe hosted payment page.
2: Choose "Pay this invoice" get to the card payment page.

3: Securely add your credit card details to pay the invoice. Once the payment is successful, a confirmation email will be send including an attached receipt PDF.

By saving your card details, Stripe will automatically charge for the membership fee on the due date.

I get the message "This article is only available for premium users." 😞

If you believe you are eligible for premium access please see email invite named "StartupPeople.com: You have been invited 💜" or reach out to directly your colleague who's in charge of your SUP partnership. You need to login with the same email you received your invitation to (see How do I login?-help section for further details). Once logged in you should be granted access to all articles.

I can't click the Claim-button" on Perks & Offers 😞

If you believe you are eligible for premium access please see email invite named "StartupPeople.com: You have been invited 💜" or reach out to directly your colleague who's in charge of your SUP partnership. You need to login with the same email you received your invitation to (see How do I login?-help section for further details). Once logged in you should be granted access to all Perks & Offers.
