Speaker bios
Filip Christensson is a tax partner at KPMG Sweden with more then 20 years of experience as a tax advisor within Big 4 firms. Filip has a special focus on entrepreneurs, start-ups, R&D companies and incentive plans.

Elina Sultan is a Senior Tax Manager at KPMG Sweden with a broad experience of 14 years working with corporate and individual tax and private property law. Elina works within KPMG’s start-up team with focus on taxation of closely held companies.

Carl Tannerheim is a Senior Legal Manager at KPMG Sweden with a wide experience of assisting clients of various sizes with shareholders’ agreements and related enquiries. Carl also works within other legal areas, mainly M&A and Data Privacy.

Markus Frohm is a Senior Legal Associate at KPMG Sweden specializing in M&A transactions and corporate law matters.
