Description

The call for proposals is implemented by the Swedish Energy Agency and is part of the Impact Innovation program Swedish Metals & Minerals. Through funding of shorter thematic research and innovation projects, the call for proposals aims to strengthen Sweden´s ability to address urgent challenges within some of the program´s technical action areas. The call for proposals covers four themes: 1) Access to critical raw materials from Sweden, 2) Increased use of scrap and other secondary raw materials, 3) Sustainable water management in the mining and metal production sectors, 4) Reduced environmental impact from large waste streams in the mining and metal production sectors.
