Description

The offer from SustainGov will drive system change within one of the program´s two following focus areas: System-wide collaboration in complex care needs and An inclusive society for all. The offer finances change alliances where the public sector collaborates with other actors. The projects will transform governance, working methods, organization and culture in practice at all levels with the intention of long-term reforming the role of the public sector. SustainGov is a programme within Impact Innovation. The program is a joint effort by the Swedish Energy Agency, Formas and Vinnova.
